Lavender Meringue Pie

Made with limoncello and gin, served in a cocktail glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade lavender gin
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozLimoncello
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozQuail egg white
20 gLemon
1 gGround cinnamon
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add lemon juice, egg white, and sugar syrup to a shaker.
  2. Add limoncello and lavender gin, then fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon slice and ground cinnamon.
