Pomegranate Daiquiri

Made with rum and limoncello, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozWhite rum
5 ml / 1/4 ozLimoncello
5 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
75 gPomegranate
10 gLime
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle pomegranate seeds and lime in a shaker.
  2. Add white rum, limoncello, sugar syrup, and lime juice.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
