Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to the top.
- Put 150g of vanilla ice cream in a blender.
- Pour in 50ml of dark rum and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the rocks glass.
- Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
