Pink Mai Tai

Made with rum and triple sec, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
25 ml / 3/4 ozTriple sec
15 ml / 1/2 ozOrgeat syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
10 gCherry
150 gCrushed ice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Combine lemon juice, orgeat, triple sec, and white rum in a shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Add grenadine and more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with cherry.
