Knickerbocker

Made with rum and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
25 ml / 3/4 ozDry Orange liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozRaspberry syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour lime juice, raspberry syrup, dry orange liqueur and white rum into a shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
