Skittles

Made with limoncello, served in a mixing glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozLimoncello
15 ml / 1/2 ozHoney syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
180 gLemon
60 gStrawberry
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Cut the top off a lemon and carefully remove the pulp.
  2. Muddle 2 strawberries in a mixing glass.
  3. Add 15 ml lemon juice, 15 ml honey syrup, and 40 ml Limoncello.
  4. Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon.
  5. Strain through a strainer and sieve into the hollowed lemon.
  6. Garnish with the lemon top and a strawberry on a cocktail pick.

About the Skittles

A short sour-style drink with Limoncello base. The honey syrup and lemon juice create a sweet citrus flavor with berry notes from strawberry.
