Campari Shakerato

Made with bitter and gin, served in a cocktail glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozLondon dry gin
60 ml / 2 ozRed bitter
30 gOrange
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place 30g of orange in a shaker and add 15ml of London dry gin.
  2. Add 60ml of red bitter.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  4. Strain through a strainer and sieve into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with an Italian flag on a clothespin.
