Texas Blaze

Made with liqueur, bitter and triple sec, served in a shot glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozRed bitter
15 ml / 1/2 ozTriple sec
20 ml / 3/4 ozGreen mint liqueur

Method

  1. Pour 20 ml of green mint liqueur into a shot glass.
  2. Layer 15 ml of red bitter and 15 ml of triple sec using a cocktail spoon.
  3. Ignite and drink quickly through a straw.
