Bonnie and Clyde

Made with Becherovka and liqueur, served in a shot glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozBecherovka
25 ml / 3/4 ozGreen apple liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
5 gGooseberry jam
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour 50 ml of chilled Becherovka into a shot glass.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of gooseberry jam to a shaker.
  3. Add 10 ml of lime juice and 25 ml of green apple liqueur to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  5. Strain into another shot glass.
  6. Drink in any order.

About the Bonnie and Clyde

A strong sour shot with berry, herbal and liqueur flavors. Becherovka provides the herbal base, while green apple liqueur and lime juice add tartness.
