Czech Tea

Made with Becherovka, served in a irish coffee glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozBecherovka
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozOrange juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozStill water
30 gOrange

Method

  1. Pour Becherovka, sugar syrup, lemon juice and orange juice into a pitcher.
  2. Add still water.
  3. Heat while stirring, without reaching boiling point.
  4. Pour into an Irish coffee glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice on a cocktail stick.

About the Czech Tea

Czech Tea is a hot sour cocktail with a citrus, spicy and sweet character. It's based on Becherovka liqueur with orange and lemon juices.
