Red Square

Made with Becherovka, served in a champagne coupe.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozBecherovka
10 ml / 1/4 ozVanilla syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
40 gRaspberry puree
15 gRosemary
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle raspberry puree and rosemary in a shaker.
  2. Add Becherovka, vanilla syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Fill with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
