Beton Cappuccino

Made with vodka, Becherovka and chocolate liqueur, served in a mug.

20 ml / 3/4 ozHomemade cocoa-infused Żubrówka
20 ml / 3/4 ozBecherovka
15 ml / 1/2 ozCrème de cacao
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice
90 ml / 3 ozTonic water
30 ml / 1 ozQuail egg white
5 gDark chocolate
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Shake lime juice, sugar syrup, and egg white without ice.
  2. Add cocoa liqueur, Becherovka, and Żubrówka, shake again with ice.
  3. Strain into a mug, top with tonic water, and garnish with dark chocolate.
