Cider Delighter

Made with vodka, liqueur and bitters, served in a rocks glass.

45 ml / 1.5 ozVodka, Vikingsfjord
15 ml / 0.5 ozAllspice dram, St. Elizabeth
15 ml / 0.5 ozLemon juice
45 ml / 1.5 ozApple cider
1 dashBaked apple bitters
1apple slice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well, then strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a red apple slice.
