Cosmo Passion Tea

Made with vodka and triple sec, served in a tea glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozCitrus vodka
25 ml / 3/4 ozTriple sec
15 ml / 1/2 ozPassion fruit syrup
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozApple juice
200 ml / 6 3/4 ozCranberry juice
40 gOrange
60 gGrapefruit
20 gLime
5 gCinnamon sticks

Method

  1. Place lime, grapefruit, and orange wedges in a pitcher.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks.
  3. Pour in apple juice, cranberry juice, passion fruit syrup, triple sec, and citrus vodka.
  4. Stir and heat without boiling.
  5. Transfer to a teapot.
  6. Serve in a tea glass on a stand with a candle.
