Zwack and Soda

Made with liqueur, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozUnicum Zwack
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
25 ml / 3/4 ozLime juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSoda water
15 gCucumber
1 gMint
2Orange zest
1Lemon zest
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Pour 25 ml lime juice, 15 ml sugar syrup and 50 ml Unicum Zwack into a highball glass.
  2. Express oils from 1 lemon and 2 orange peels over the cocktail.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Add more ice to fill the glass.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber strip and mint sprig.
