Bacchus

Made with cognac and liqueur, served in a shot glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozCognac
15 ml / 1/2 ozApricot liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
8 gDried apricot

Method

  1. Pour 15 ml apricot liqueur into a shot glass.
  2. Layer 15 ml lemon juice and 15 ml Cognac using a cocktail spoon.
  3. Garnish with dried apricot.
  4. Drink as a shot and finish with the apricot.
