Berry Versailles

Made with cognac, Maraschino and Galliano, served in a cognac glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCognac
10 ml / 1/4 ozMaraschino liqueur
10 ml / 1/4 ozGalliano L'Autorrattico
10 ml / 1/4 ozPort wine
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
6 gBlackberry
5 gRaspberry
1Lime leaves
1Orange zest

Method

  1. Combine lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, Galliano, port wine, and cognac in a pitcher.
  2. Add orange zest and heat, stirring but not boiling.
  3. Pour into a cognac glass.
  4. Garnish with blackberry, raspberry, and lime leaf.
