Honey Versailles

Made with cognac and triple sec, served in a cognac glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozCognac
10 ml / 1/4 ozTriple sec
30 gBlackberry
5 gLemongrass
10 ml / 1/4 ozHoney

Method

  1. Heat honey and blackberries in a pan until smooth.
  2. Add lemongrass stem, Triple sec and Cognac.
  3. Ignite the mixture briefly.
  4. Strain into a Cognac glass.
  5. Garnish with a blackberry.
