Made with cognac, sherry and Peychaud's Bitters, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozAged cognac
20 ml / 3/4 ozAmontillado sherry
2 mlPeychaud's bitters
5 gCane sugar cubes
1Orange zest
1Ice cube
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place an ice cube in a rocks glass.
  2. Mash a cane sugar cube with Amontillado sherry and Peychaud's bitters in a mixing glass.
  3. Add aged cognac and stir.
  4. Pour into the rocks glass and garnish with orange zest.
