Method
- Place half an orange slice, a small lime slice and a cinnamon stick in an Irish coffee glass.
- Add 25 ml maple syrup and 50 ml cognac.
- Fill with hot Assam tea and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and orange zest.
