Horse's Neck In A Siphon

Made with cognac, served in a highball glass.

200 ml / 6 3/4 ozCognac
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozSugar syrup
45 ml / 1 1/2 ozLemon juice
650 ml / 22 ozGinger beer
50 gGinger root
1Lemon zest
720 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in lemon juice, ginger root juice, sugar syrup, ginger beer, and Cognac.
  3. Close the siphon and shake 3-4 times.
  4. Pour the cocktail into the highball glass and garnish with lemon zest.
