Ju Julep

Made with cognac and liqueur, served in a copper mug.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCognac
20 ml / 3/4 ozPeach liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozRose syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
1 mlRose water
1Rose petals
5 gMint
150 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place mint leaves in copper mug and fill with crushed ice.
  2. Add lemon juice, rose syrup, peach liqueur and Cognac.
  3. Stir gently, add more ice, then spray rose water over.
  4. Garnish with a rose petal and mint sprig.
