Brandy Buck

Made with cognac and liqueur, served in a collins glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCognac
10 ml / 1/4 ozDry Orange liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozGinger beer
1Lemon zest
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes to the top.
  2. Pour in 15 ml lemon juice, 10 ml dry orange liqueur, and 40 ml Cognac.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently with a cocktail spoon.
  4. Garnish with lemon zest.
