Coffee Cocktail

Made with Port wine and cognac, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozCognac
60 ml / 2 ozPort wine
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
5Quail egg yolk
1 gGround nutmeg
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Combine egg yolks, sugar syrup, Port wine, and Cognac in a shaker.
  2. Dry shake for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
