Made with cognac and liqueur, served in a shot glass.

15 ml / 1/2 ozCognac
15 ml / 1/2 ozPassion fruit liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozLime juice

5 ml / 1/4 ozHoney

Method

  1. Pour 15 ml passion fruit liqueur into a shot glass.
  2. Layer 15 ml lime juice and 15 ml Cognac using a cocktail spoon.
  3. Garnish with a fig slice drizzled with honey.
  4. Drink the shot and finish with the fig.
