Hat Trick

Made with gin, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozPineapple juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozCherry juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
30 gPineapple
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add 15 ml lemon juice, 50 ml pineapple juice, 20 ml sugar syrup, and 50 ml London dry gin.
  3. Gently pour in 10 ml cherry juice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

About the Hat Trick
