Pink Rhino

Made with gin, served in a collins glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
10 ml / 1/4 ozGrenadine
10 ml / 1/4 ozLime juice
150 ml / 5 ozGrapefruit soda
2 gPink salt
180 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Rim the Collins glass with pink salt.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Add lime juice, grenadine, and gin.
  4. Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently.
