Evergreen Fizz

Made with gin, liqueur and Curaçao, served in a cocktail coupe.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozMelon liqueur
5 ml / 1/4 ozBlue Curaçao liqueur
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
130 ml / 4 1/2 ozSoda water
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
80 gLemon
3 gPowdered sugar
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Combine quail egg white, lemon juice, blue curaçao, melon liqueur, and gin in a shaker.
  2. Add powdered sugar and fill with ice, then shake thoroughly.
  3. Strain into a cocktail coupe with ice.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with two lemon slices.
