Pomegranate Tini

Made with gin, served in a champagne coupe.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
15 ml / 1/2 ozSugar syrup
50 ml / 1 3/4 ozPomegranate juice
10 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour lemon juice, sugar syrup, pomegranate juice, and gin into a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon.
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
