Home Alone

Made with gin, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozGinger beer
60 gCucumber
380 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Muddle 3 cucumber slices in a shaker.
  3. Add 15 ml lemon juice, 20 ml sugar syrup, and 50 ml gin to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  5. Strain into the highball glass.
  6. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with three cucumber strips.
