Made with gin, served in a wine glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozLondon dry gin
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
5 ml / 1/4 ozLemon juice
170 gPomegranate
260 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Muddle pomegranate seeds in a shaker.
  3. Add 5ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, and 50ml gin to the shaker.
  4. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  5. Strain into the wine glass.
  6. Garnish with a pomegranate slice.
