Made with liqueur, gin and bitters.

20 ml / 0.75 ozGin, The Botanist
20 ml / 0.75 ozMelon liqueur, Midori
20 ml / 0.75 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 0.75 ozGenepy
1 dashBitters, Bar Keep Chinese Bitters
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
