60 ml / 2 ozGin
20 ml / 0.75 ozKirschwasser
20 ml / 0.75 ozAromatised wine, Dubonnet Rouge
1Cherry, as garnish
1Lemon peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Add gin, kirsch, and Dubonnet Rouge to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir well and strain into a glass.
