Cedar Fever

Made with gin, Pine liqueur and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

60 ml / 2 ozOld Tom gin, Hayman's
15 ml / 0.5 ozZirbenz stone pine liqueur
15 ml / 0.5 ozElderflower liqueur, St. Germain
2 dashesPeychaud's bitters
1Lemon peel, flamed

Method

  1. Stir the first three ingredients together.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Layer Peychaud's bitters on top.
  4. Garnish with a flamed lemon peel.
