Bronx Cocktail (Boothby)

Made with vermouth, gin and bitters, served in a cocktail glass.

20 ml / 0.67 ozGin, Plymouth
20 ml / 0.67 ozSweet vermouth
20 ml / 0.67 ozDry vermouth
1 barspoonOrange juice
2 dashesOrange bitters
1Orange peel, as garnish

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange twist.
