Made with bourbon whiskey, cognac and absinthe, served in a rocks glass.

60 ml / 2 ozBourbon
5 ml / 1/4 ozAbsinthe
30 ml / 1 ozAged cognac
1 mlAngostura bitters
5 ml / 1/4 ozPeychaud's bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozStill water
5 gCane sugar cubes
1Orange zest
1Ice cube

Method

  1. Muddle a sugar cube with Angostura bitters in a rocks glass.
  2. Add absinthe, bourbon, and cognac to the glass.
  3. Add Peychaud's bitters and stir gently with ice.
  4. Add still water and garnish with orange zest.
