Salty Caramel

Made with cognac, amaro and sherry, served in a rocks glass.

30 ml / 1 ozCognac
10 ml / 1/4 ozAmaro
10 ml / 1/4 ozFino sherry
2 mlWalnut bitters
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
1Ice cube
300 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place an ice cube in a rocks glass.
  2. Combine sugar syrup, Fino sherry, and Amaro in a mixing glass.
  3. Add walnut bitters and Cognac.
  4. Fill with ice cubes and stir.
  5. Strain into the rocks glass.
