Made with cognac, served in a champagne coupe.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozCognac
20 ml / 3/4 ozGrenadine
20 ml / 3/4 ozBlackcurrant syrup
30 ml / 1 ozHeavy cream
5 gMaraschino cherry
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Pour the cognac, blackcurrant syrup, grenadine and heavy cream into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne coupe.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
