Lucky Ticket

Made with rum and bitters, served in a champagne coupe.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozWhite rum
5 ml / 1/4 ozHomemade cardamom bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozHomemade fructose syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
90 gPineapple
1Lime leaves
1Ice cube
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Muddle pineapple in a shaker.
  2. Add rum, lemon juice, fructose syrup, and cardamom bitters.
  3. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne coupe.
  4. Garnish with a lime leaf.
