Milk and Honey

Made with single malt Scotch, served in a champagne coupe.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHighland single malt whisky
15 ml / 1/2 ozCinnamon syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozHoney syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozHeavy cream
1 gMint
1 gGround cinnamon
5 gMaraschino cherry
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add 20 ml heavy cream, 15 ml cinnamon syrup, 20 ml honey syrup, and 40 ml Highland single malt whisky to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne coupe.
  4. Garnish with ground cinnamon, a maraschino cherry, and mint leaf.
