Method
- Muddle 3 strawberries, 3 lime wedges in a Hurricane glass.
- Fill with crushed ice to the top.
- Add 20 ml strawberry syrup.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with half a strawberry, mint leaf and lime wedge.
