Sheridan's is a two-colored Irish liqueur based on whiskey. It comes in a dual-chamber bottle with a vanilla-cream component in one section and a coffee-chocolate component in the other.
How it is made
The liqueur consists of two parts: a white vanilla-cream component and a dark coffee-chocolate component. When pouring, the ingredients are dispensed from two openings in a 1:2 ratio, with the heavier coffee-chocolate layer typically settling at the bottom and the lighter cream layer on top.
How it is served
Sheridan's can be enjoyed on its own or used in various cocktails. The original design features a unique dual-neck bottle that allows the two components to be poured separately, creating the characteristic layered effect.
