Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Layer Finlandia Vodka, lemon juice, apple juice, and Pisang Ambon.
- Top with lemonade and stir slightly.
- Garnish with a spiralled cucumber skin and a red cherry.
About the Avalon
A highball cocktail with vodka and Pisang Ambon base. It has a sweet and fruity character with a refreshing finish from the lemonade.

Created by Timo Haimi, this drink took first prize in the 1991 Finlandia Vodka Long Drink Competition.
