25 ml / 3/4 ozPassion fruit syrup
150 ml / 5 ozAmericano coffee
2 gCoffee beans
20 gWhipped cream
30 gCoconut puree

Method

  1. Put coconut puree into an Irish coffee glass.
  2. Add passion fruit syrup.
  3. Pour in the Americano coffee and stir.
  4. Top with whipped cream and coffee beans.
