Devil's Kiss

Made with vodka, served in a rocks glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozHoney syrup
30 ml / 1 ozLemon juice
25 ml / 3/4 ozQuail egg white
30 gStrawberry purée
20 gStrawberry
2 gChili pepper
1 gMint
320 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
  2. Muddle a ring of chili pepper and mint in a shaker.
  3. Add strawberry purée, quail egg white, lemon juice, honey syrup, and vodka.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  5. Strain the mixture into the rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry and a mint sprig.
