Liquid Cheesecake

Made with vodka and triple sec, served in a cocktail glass.

40 ml / 1 1/4 ozHomemade vanilla vodka
10 ml / 1/4 ozTriple sec
10 ml / 1/4 ozSugar syrup
10 ml / 1/4 ozVanilla syrup
20 ml / 3/4 ozHeavy cream
5 gMascarpone cheese
2 gDark chocolate
1Lemon zest
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Add mascarpone cheese and lemon zest to shaker.
  2. Add heavy cream, vanilla syrup, sugar syrup, triple sec and vanilla vodka.
  3. Fill with ice and shake.
  4. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
