Pan's Labyrinth

Made with vodka, Curaçao and liqueur, served in a cocktail glass.

30 ml / 1 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozBlue Curaçao liqueur
20 ml / 3/4 ozLychee liqueur
60 ml / 2 ozPineapple juice
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
5 gMaraschino cherry
60 gCrushed ice
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Place a maraschino cherry in a chilled cocktail glass and add lychee liqueur.
  2. Add vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Shake well, strain into the cocktail glass, and add crushed ice on top.
