Antifreeze and Cucumber

Made with vodka and liqueur, served in a shot glass.

25 ml / 3/4 ozVodka
25 ml / 3/4 ozGreen mint liqueur
75 gCucumber
200 gIce cubes

Method

  1. Cut cucumber in half and remove flesh from one half.
  2. Pour 25ml green mint liqueur and 25ml vodka into a shaker.
  3. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake.
  4. Strain into the cucumber half.
  5. Drink the shot and finish with the cucumber.
