Vodka Smash

Made with vodka, served in a highball glass.

50 ml / 1 3/4 ozVodka
20 ml / 3/4 ozSugar syrup
100 ml / 3 1/2 ozSoda water
40 gLime
4 gMint
200 gCrushed ice

Method

  1. Place mint leaves, half lime and muddle in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add sugar syrup and vodka.
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently.
  5. Add more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
