Made with vodka and Angostura bitters, served in a shot glass.

20 ml / 3/4 ozVodka
1 mlAngostura bitters
15 ml / 1/2 ozLemon juice
20 ml / 3/4 ozWorcestershire sauce
1 gSalt
1 gBlack pepper ground

Method

  1. Pour 20 ml Worcestershire sauce and 15 ml lemon juice into a shot glass.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, stir with a cocktail spoon.
  3. Layer 20 ml vodka using the cocktail spoon.
  4. Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters.
